My item is damaged, faulty or incorrect – what do I do now?

We’re sorry to hear there’s a problem with your order. If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and let us know what’s happened; we’ll provide details on how to resolve the issue. Please provide the order number and details regarding the nature of the issue.

You can only return your faulty item for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. After this time you will no longer be entitled to a refund. If your item becomes faulty after the 30 days has passed, we will attempt to repair the item. If we can not do this, we will replace the item on a like-for-like basis.

If your item arrives damaged, please do not open the package. Take a picture of the damaged unopened package and provide this to us.

In the event of an item arriving damaged or faulty, it is our responsibility to pay the return postage.

My item is unwanted – can I return it?

We’re happy to accept returns for unwanted items, provided that they are returned within 14 days of receipt: unopened, unused and in perfect condition.

We cannot accept returns of CDs & DVDs if the seal has been broken. All CDs and DVDs will arrive in a sealed plastic wrapper. Once this plastic wrapper has been opened, we can no longer accept returns of the item.

If you wish to return an unwanted item, please contact us and we’ll provide details on how to return the time. Please provide the order number and the item you wish to return.

For all returns, please package the item securely as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item to us and you remain responsible for the item until it reaches us.

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate postage insurance to adequately cover the item being returned.

Returns exclusions

Due to the nature of some of the goods we sell, the below items are excluded from our Returns Policy and can only be returned in accordance with your statutory rights:

– CDs
– DVDs

We aim to process refunds for returned items within 5 working days of them arriving at our warehouse and will send you an email once this has been issued to keep you updated.

Due to the current delays across the country, please allow 7 days from returning the item for this to reach our warehouse.
